Consultations made to BARCETIP CONSULTING requires the collection of personal data. If they are not provided, it will not be possible to provide any kind of services.

Personal data provided will be incorporated into an automated file and will become part of the customer database of BARCETIP CONSULTING who guarantees the security and confidentiality of it. BARCETIP CONSULTING uses the information send by the customers for the following purposes: When the clients make a query BARCETIP needs to know name and last name, email and notification address. It allows us to process your query and keep you informed of the process.

BARCETIP CONSULTING requests a tacit authorization for the treatment of your data and in the manner and the purposes we have just indicated. If you don’t want to be treated and haven’t made any inquiries, please send us an email to info@barcetip.com, with the Subject: ‘Unsubscribe’ and all your data will be destroyed.

The customer can demand it´s rights of access, rectification or cancellation and opposition with a written and signed request to: BARCETIP CONSULTING Customer Service Department, Carrer Nou de Sant Francesc 15, bajos, 08002, Barcelona. Must include name and surnames, address for notifications, ID or passport photocopies and the petition.

PURCHASING POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payments made by clients for services provided by BARCETIP CONSULTING are non-refundable.

1.2 For all services except the STUDY PERMIT and INTERNSHIP RESIDENCE OR OTHER RESIDENCES packages, an initial payment of 50% of the total invoice is required on the day of the meeting at BARCETIP CONSULTING’s office. This payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.

1.3 The remaining 50% of the balance, along with any administrative fees, must be paid once the date and location of the fingerprinting appointment have been confirmed. This can also be paid in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer.

2. Service Terms

2.1 BARCETIP CONSULTING does not guarantee the approval of any applications or procedures conducted with the Spanish Immigration Services.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

3.1 All payments made are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the immigration process.

4. Obligations of BARCETIP CONSULTING

4.1 BARCETIP CONSULTING will provide consulting services in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

4.2 BARCETIP CONSULTING will use its expertise and knowledge to assist clients, but it cannot guarantee any specific results.

5. Client Obligations

5.1 The client must provide,truthful,  accurate and complete information as requested by BARCETIP CONSULTING to facilitate the immigration process.

5.2 The client must comply with all procedural requirements and attend all scheduled appointments as necessary, and any document request with previous time.

6. Legal Compliance

6.1 BARCETIP CONSULTING operates in accordance with current Spanish laws and regulations regarding immigration and consulting services.

6.2 Any legal disputes arising from the use of BARCETIP CONSULTING’s services will be governed by Spanish law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain.

7. Amendments and Updates

7.1 BARCETIP CONSULTING reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or via the company’s website.
